Big Bang and 2PM included on Oricon’s ‘Best Concerts of 2012′
Big Bang and 2PM were both included on Oricon‘s ‘Best Concerts of 2012 Top 11‘ chart which reviewed a total of 141 concerts held in Japan this past year.
The ‘BIGBANG Alive Tour 2012 In Japan‘ and ‘2PM Live 2012 Six Beautiful Days‘ concerts both ranked in at #5 and #6 respectively.
Oricon complimented Big Bang’s Japanese tour stating, “We were amazed at the high level of performance. The strongly addictive songs and the remarkable creativity in every aspect made it clear that big artists from out of this world have arrived.”
Oricon also gave their review of 2PM’s six-day concert and stated, “Although a member was injured prior to the concert so the odds were against them to perform with a 100% satisfactory performance, they were still able to achieve a handsome six-day stage. Their charms are their dancing with their strong built figures and the quality of their songs in addition to the members’ characters. They were able to shows their individual charms through their solo stages that changed each day and brought the fans to their feet. It was a large scale performance that made the stage feel cozy.”

SECRET’s Sunhwa and Dal Shabet’s Ahyoung cast in upcoming drama ‘Advertisement Genius Lee Tae Baek’
Two idols, SECRET‘s Sunhwa and Dal Shabet‘s Ahyoung, have been cast in an upcoming KBS drama ‘Advertisement Genius Lee Tae Baek’.
Sunhwa will play the role of Lee Tae Baek’s younger sister, Lee So Ran, who is a narrator model who dreams of becoming an actress.
Sunhwa shared, “Although I am nervous and excited because it is my first time acting, I will do my best to learn, feel, and work hard on set. The character of ‘Lee So Ran’ is very similar to my real personality, so I already feel close [to the character] and am excited. I work hard so that I will be able to receive compliments that Sunhwa has potential in acting.”
Meanwhile, Ahyoung will play the part of Gon Sung Hye, a junior that is majoring in design. She plays the secretary of the owner of an advertisement company, GRC.
Ahyoung’s character is a slightly 4D girl who always uses internet phrases such as ‘hul‘, and has her own unique sense of fashion and hairstyle.
Ahyoung said, “It’s my first time acting in a real drama, so I’m worried. But I’m working hard to learn with my sunbaenim’s help. I’m looking forward to showing off new sides of me that I haven’t been able to show my fans. Please show me a lot of support.”
‘Advertisement Genius Lee Tae Baek’ will air after ‘School 2013‘.
